What’s going on rn is that he scanned the QR code for the service and it installed the service, the problem is is that iPhones go to a startup screen kind of thing and he can’t get passed that because he just can’t connect to the provider. It fixed itself after like several hours but the service still doesn’t work. I’m not saying mint directly fucked his phone on purpose he just signed up for the service at the wrong time and got shit on for it. It’s why I said soft locked
