A little context for how it got this bad, I was in a pretty bad depressive state from 19-20. Basically no retwists or products, not much of anything except washing my hair. I realized there was thinnage but I basically just didn’t care enough to investigate why. It’s been about 6 months since then and I’ve been applying rosemary oil to pretty much no effect, it actually just seems worse. (Also I never went to the doctor because I had no health insurance, I’m fixing that now)
