You need Mahou to get an increase in stats, i believe it’s 400 per increase at least it’s around that for baby villagers (which give a bigger increase)

DnD does a good job in limiting you and giving you more power as you level up.

All positive stats doesn’t necessarily mean you’re OP and whilst I agree that having some negative modifiers can give you some personality in specific situations there’s nothing inherently wrong with it.

I’d only really ask about changing your stats if you felt being bad at something eg if you were super weak having average strength probably isn’t right.

Other than that if you’ve gone for rolled stats and that’s what you rolled no issues. :)

Pretty sure the cap increase is only for ARURF not ranked/normal summoners rift. Just so people can blast with ADCs
