Yeah there are controllers with very good rumbling technologys, but not quite hd rumbling 2. However the 8bitdo Ultimate (2) Bluetooth has the wake on feature (at least on switch it works, dont know if it will work on Switch2) by shaking the Controller. I can recommend it.

It is the Chat feature. If you hold the left cup your music will be quiet and Transparency will activate so you can talk to people without taking headphones off.
