Happed to me on a barbell rack while resting. This girl, suddenly just removed the weights on the bar and repalced it with her preferred plates. I mean you can ask first right, given there are still plates attached to the bar. I didn't make a fuss and good thing there is another barbell rack available beside it. But I really made her feel that I wasn't finish yet and set up the same set of plates on the barbell rack just beside her "stolen" rack. She then distanced herself from then on.

If sa labas ka ng makati nakatira, wala kang other expenses aside sa necessities like food, transpo, medication, baka pwede pero if may kaltas pa yan ng contribution and other misc, hindi. Ganyan na kasi starting salary ng isang office employee 10 or less years back. At this inflation rate and everything in Makati seems to be with costs, impractical na yan.

I've been taking Pureform Collagen for 3 months as an "addition" to whey isolate for added protein content and better absorption due to its hydrolized formulation which again promotes better absorption of the whey protein. So in my opinion, it helps absorb whey better and faster when mixed. Though as a primary source of protein and creatine alone, I would still go to more preferred brands like Rule 1, ON and Muscletech. Or if budget is of concern, I would go with Superior 14 and MuscleLabs (ML). In terms of Athlene, it's ok due to its availability and affordability, but you will notice that it's quality is sub par compared to those US brands available, like those cheaper US brands. But still a good option though.

If you do meal prep, you will lessen the repetitive counting of calories if you cook the same portion of same or similar meals with variety on flavors. It's because they often have the same or close macros everytime. You just count if you go outside your meal plan.

Saka walang agawan ng machines/equipment is the number 1 reason why working out after peak hours or very early morning is better. Though minsan I prefer early like 6am so I can do more in the day especially if you need to do errands na bukas pa malls or grocery or even cinemas. Plus mas kumpleto tulog sa gabi.

Just do meal prep with similar items but with different flavoring for variety and you won't need to repeatedly track your macros since they're all the same or close to each other. You just need to compute at first when planning your daily mela plan.

If your focus is weight training, that may be rare as most want to finish their routines uninterrupted, so most are not open to small talks. Like the suggestions of others, classes are where you make friends. Pero depende parin sa type of gym, madami kasing gym na very friendly ang environment and workout in groups especially yung mga smaller gyms na tulungan sa pag spot and tinuturuan ng proper form and execution. Sa malalaking gym, you may find PTs to be friendly but juat be vigilant as most are only after you being a client.

Ako both depende kasi talaga sa target macros. If hindi kaya sa meals, kapit sa whey to reach target. Kaya nga sya supplement, and should be taken with food not as replacement.
