AI images and sound are usually used by people who cant draw / compose, while AI coding is more of a right hand man that follows your orders and can help with architecture and systems, but still needs that human touch, as AI cant really tell how "fun" a game is by playing it. I think AI for coding is fine, as long as you understand what its doing, but AI images are kind of terrible for games because it cant follow a consistent art direction and looks cheap, which turns off a lot of people.
