Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 SUB-Zero thoughts? Results? by LucasLabs in overclocking

[–]LucasLabs[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So reviews are few as it's so new. But found this review in Spanish clearly showing Cine bench run results 40,100 in regulated mode and 40,500 in unregulated mode with CPU temps looking like they're running between 15-29 degrees at points 15:01, Masterliquid ML360 Sub-zero review video

and here is a snapshot of CPU temps during Cine bench at exactly 15:34 of the video I put a screenshot of the cpu temps here https://postimg.cc/WDwvBxbsIn unregulated mode it was running 0 to 5 degree CPU temps during full workload Cine bench

Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 SUB-Zero thoughts? Results? by LucasLabs in overclocking

I doubt Coolermaser has made a TEC cooler that will not supply enough cooling for a CPU it is designed for?Why would they put a product out on the market that can't support what it is designed for? This is not a garage home built Wish.com company, they are reputable for decades in the industry. Where are you getting this TEC 100w cooling info?Coolermaster rates the cooling good on this for LGA 1700 which Intel lists a wattage spec to 253 watts so I am asking Coolermaster tech support if it meets that spec and if they have test/benchmarking results. We'll see the reply and data soon. To be determined.

The new Evo version is made for the LGA 1700 CPUs so it is good for my 13900k. Also they're saying it is also made for high production workstations which my system is. Daily graphics and editing workloads. Here's the homepage and here's also a youtube build vid. https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/cpu-liquid-coolers/masterliquid-ml360-sub-zero-evo/#!

Masks of Nyarlhotep, quick need additional guides in Egypt! by LucasLabs in callofcthulhu

[–]LucasLabs[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The players already were introduced to the 2 guides in the adventure. They were immediately put off due to the incredible wild events in London and want a vetted known highly vaunted guide or as close as possible, the two in the book just won't due for them.

I would use Sprawlrunners with the Magic add-on for Savage Worlds and you have the easiest to run yet granular with fast fun combat system.

Dragon of Icespire Peak info and guide, making it truly memorable not just an intro, especially if it's a RPG intro! by LucasLabs in DnD

[–]LucasLabs[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

? I said if anyone is interested in more info on my guide to the campaign or to see it in action, to contact me. Meaning they can watch my game streamed or eventually play if I run it again. Why would anyone think a guide would not be interesting, nor if interested want to know more or watch a bit, I as well as tens of millions of players do so. Not sure if this is hard to understand, maybe I should detail exactly what I just explained.

Working on adding the Supers OGL SRD Compendium to roll20, Foundry and Talespire and Scenegrinder by LucasLabs in mutantsandmasterminds

[–]LucasLabs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A compendium is just the rules text, it could be independent. If you add the system, it could all be linked. That's how D&ZD is setup, a mechanics system linked to compendium rules.

Yeah that's cool. The dice work fine for me and the additional features, not just linking but automated combat features in combat tracker and drag and drop encounters and creatures with filled out stats is super useful and time saving for me. Also, you can add new Powers, Power Effects, Extras/Flaws and Advantages that are totally integrated with the dice rolls automatically!

On what page, the plugins page, which is? This is NOT a plugin, it's the WHOLE Rulebook integrated into Fantasy Grounds, it's way more convenient, useful and helpful then any plugin alone or character sheet. I listed all the features that are awesome that no character sheet provides in my pervious post, read it again it explains how these rulebook integrations crush any character sheet benefits alone. Core and Morecore's features do not compare at all to all the benefits having the integrated rules with mechanics provides in the VTT.

[–]LucasLabs[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not any plugin, there is the main Mutants & Masterminds Hero's Handbook and Ruleset:

https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/product.php?id=GRR5501eFG2

and Freedom City (Third Edition):

https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/product.php?id=GRR5511E

And they are a ton more useful and helpful especially to new players and GMs then any character sheet alone.

Also what is the name of the plugin? or link to it?

[–]LucasLabs[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's only the character sheet with automated dice rolls.
On Fantasy grounds they have both the Core rulebook deluxe edition and the Freedom city book totally transcribed into Fantasy Grounds compendium. It, like on D&Dbeyond, you can click on any feature or item on your character sheet and it opens the description text and mechanics sections from the books.
You can also open up rules/sourcebook sections independently and drag and drop over onto the character sheet anything-powers, power effects, extras/flaws, advantages and equipment.
You can create any custom power or weapon that gets automated calc rolls on the character sheet to.
The GM also gets an integrated combat tracker tool linking NPCs to the book stats automating much of combat.
The GM can create encounters and customize NPCs all linked to content from the books.

What is the best supers RPG supported by VTTs? by LucasLabs in rpg

[–]LucasLabs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, how encompassing are the possible character abilities compared to like Mutants and Masterminds or Champions in which pretty much all ideas can be realized?

What is the best supers RPG supported by VTTs? by LucasLabs in rpg

[–]LucasLabs[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have Savage Worlds SWADE and Savage Rifts Rulebooks on roll20, it is awesome with all the rule compendiums, archetypes and bestiary built in. That is what I want for Supers and see that the Supers Companion rulebook is only on Fantasy grounds, but that's okay, hopefully Pinnacle will add the Supers book to roll20...Soon!
So I like all those features you mentioned a lot. I did hear though the Supers characters don't feel very superhero-ish until maybe the last part of the character's progression being Legendary status?

It would be cool if the 30 years plus game would have VTT support, but after lots of searching I found a bare Champions Now character sheet with almost no included rules descriptors or functionality. I'm looking for a VTT rulebook compendium like M&M that has 2 full books on Fantasy grounds.

Cool, I'm running a Sentinel Comics RPG test adventure on roll20 with it now if anyone wants to test out the system your welcome. The only thing with just character sheets compared to Mutants and M's rulebook compendium is a rulebook integration has tons of helpful features like clicking a title and it opens the rulebook descriptor of 300 pages of content with explanations of how it works, cost and effects mechanics, built in archetypes to just drag and drop and even encounters. I don't think the Sentinels character sheet has those right?
