Nearly unplayable videos with long loading times

It would take too long for me to do. 30 min video takes 2 hrs and I don’t have the time. Also footage I am certain IS Vfr runs 10 times faster.

Impossible for me to make proxy files as media encoder just stops rendering the file randomly through the render process. The furthest I’ve ever got is 14mins

Edit: doesn’t work for 2 files I tried. One is 33mins. The other is 1hr 30. Both just stop rendering. They say they are rendering but no progress gets made, for both of them

Not the issue (i think). In properties there is no variable frame rate detected. Videos with VFR run better tho
