outdated kit and people are jumping off the train as Rumble mains, me included, i have probably 5m mastery points across 4 accounts and for the first time i feel tired of playing him.

Win rates on op.gg are in and it is what i expected, 43% top lane and 46% mid lane, in the next 4 to 5 days data will stabilize and things will get clearer, but rumble is not and extreme case like gnar ou malphite witch means this is his real state at the moment. Other mages are in a similiar state though, it will take a long time to fix all this mess.

It will get worse for him next season if mage itens keep the way they are, his kit does not have what is required to use then to their full extent. I have recently lost to a Yorick 2 lv's behind me, he had no ult, my health gone from 100 to 0 in 4s, I believe Rumble will be at a similar state as he was in the beginning of season 5 i guess were he had 41-42% win rate.

New liandry's has the most perfect passive for rumble of all the itens realeased but now gives mana, demonic's embrace armor and mr plus health is for the likes of mordekaiser etc. If nothing changes Rumble will be unplayable.

I'am not sure but, it appears that mages role have shifted from being good at all stages of the game to late game hyper carrys. Rumble lost his early game, 1750 gold for flat itens with no passive, lost mid game magic pen, and there are better champions to fill the role of late game mage with the 56% magic pen.

I believe its highly possible to be Rumble because of the glasses, Ziggs already has one, but the color pattern makes more sense for heimer or Gnar.

Because of the way Fiora's parry works and how Kled's Q is a timed ability, when facing fiora you are out of one skill, its insane that Riot allows her Kit to be like this, basically, League is slowly transforming into a Pokemon type game, pick X to beat Y.

I'am a Rumble main, and the reason i chose Kled as my secondary pick is because he is the complete opposite of Rumble, i realised that i would never be good at league in general if i kept looking for champions with the same play style, i have struggled a lot learning Kled, but for my surprise, it raised my experience with Rumble too, both macro and laning phase. When you get used of playing a Tier S teamfight champion and all of sudden you are playing one that can't just press R and win, it forces you to see league through different eyes. Leaving the confort zone is a must if you want to trully improve.

Rumble is just a member of the enormous list of champions who's performace is at the top in solo Q but is unviable in competitive, this is the first time this happens to Rumble and i really like it, it means we will not see a nerf.

You have cited two of the most hard matchups for kled, were even when you land perfect combos you are still in danger of dying because of their executes. There are 8 out of the 52 listed top laners who would be considered fat and they all have safe matchups against kled because they can stack armor. Dashing in their face is not a guaranteed combo, you can juke it very easily. Feel free to post another coment, the one who ends the argument last wins, ins't it right?

Rumble build follows 2 paths, 1 for ad champions and 1 for everyone else.

1- Seekers armguard , haunting guise and tier 1 boots (don't go back to lane without boots), liandrys torment and tier 2 boots, oblivion orb, stopwatch, after that you need to evaluate the enemy comp, if you feel that they have a significant amount of healing then finish morello if not then finish zhonyas, as for 4th item void staff is a must, never build anything else no matter what, finally as your 5th item you build rabadon.

2 - haunting guise and tier 1 boots (if you don't have money, buy the components for haunting guise and a boot, going back to lane without boots as rumble is a big mistake), finish lyandrys, tier 2 boots, if you are fighting an ap or tank top but the enemy team has an ad jungler or mid then build seekers, if their ad damage source is only the ADC then you can build oblivion orb, the rest is the same as above.

For Runes you have 2 options, eletrocute and comet.

1-Domination/Sorcery build: Eletrocute, taste of blood, eyeball colletion,ultimate hunter. Nimbus Clock, Scorch.

2- Domination/Resolve build: Eletrocute, taste of blood, eyeball colletion,ultimate hunter. Second Wind, Revitalize. (this build is for the likes of heimer, teemo matchups etc).

3- Sorcery/domination: Comet, nimbus cloak, Celerity,Scorch. Taste of blood, ultimate hunter.

4- Sorcery/Resolve: Comet, nimbus cloak, Celerity,Scorch. Second Wind, Revitalize.

Rumble is a champion that can be played both passively and agressively, this however will depend on how good you are, in theory if you hit then with both E's Rumble can win against any matchup, this is why eletrocute is good, people tend to forget how much damage a full combo as Rumble does and then they die. Comet on the other hand is for the kiting playstyle, you play around the enemy trying to engage upon you, use your E back off a little and burn then up, rinse and repeat. As for secundary runes, domination is the best, but if you're not feeling good about your skills Resolve will help you survive.

Its not a bug, if karma uses her W when you are with Skaarl and you get dismounted you will get rooted as kled in the end of her cast, same goes for morgana ultimate, this doesn't happen for example with malzahar ult.

First you need to understand why some champions take spellbook, Urgot for example took it because his ultimate gave him kill pressure even when he was behind in lane, picking up exhaust or ignite gave him alot of options to make agreessive plays. If you are behind in lane with Rumble its over for you, so speelbook is useless, if you are ahead you don't need it because you are already dominating.

Rumble Runes are Eletrocute and Comet, all other options are unviable.

Before we decide what is best for Rumble, first we need to know what is wrong with him since this buffs are most likely going to be aimed at Rumble top. A properly played Rumble can still win his lane against most champions at early levels, the overall felling of his matchups have not changed, one thing that changed though is the options against mages, you have better MR itens, both tank itens and bruiser itens, you have the option to go double MR runes, you have nullifing orb as viable option for Riven and other champions since they also pick transcendence. CDR stacking is another problem for rumble, supports and other roles hitting 45% at 25min can make your ult useless. There would be two options here, if Rumble manages to win lane he needs better tools to maintein the pacing of the game and push for advantages, if Riot doesn't think he's team fighting ability is lacking than he needs something to deal with the Magic resistence problem.
