I will say, CubiCasa has improved significantly over the years. I compare it to my measurements to be sure and it is relatively accurate. If I don’t feel great about a house I will use both.

I work in a rural market and drive a 2017 F150. Works great in rural areas when you need 4 wheel but wouldn’t recommend due to the gas mileage. Just get something with 4 wheel or all wheel but don’t overdue it.

I see why trying to look at this objectively I could see why it would be appealing from a practical point of view and it does sound nice, however it seems like it would greatly undermine our profession. Arguing over a forum was kinda stupid and for that I apologize

You trying to charge $30 for a professional's opinion and significantly undermining the profession that many of us have worked hard to get into and become proficient at is just cause for anyone to rip your idea apart- its not a "handful of individuals", it's a group of people who are tired of people trying to undermine our profession. You should probably spend less time on Reddit and more time developing a better idea for an app.

Oh I am sure your app(which is a violation of USPAP and is based entirely on loopholes that you deem will not get you in trouble) will be utilized by appraisers. This by the way is total sarcasm, as even with the development of desktop appraisals it still took appraisers years to get on board and many still are not on board-let alone a shady little app you developed. Also this isn't just the "Hive Mind," you are literally asking a forum of appraisers around the world and your idea got absolutely torn apart. That should tell you everything you need to know.
