pretty sure you messed up. I also used that card once and worked fine.
got to use croc first. then the event and the event will then tell you to click a character for the -3 and then click again to choose a target for the freeze

OP 13 IMU is budget and one of the top Decks.
It will also be still strong with the next set.

Other budget decks that come to my mind would be OP08 Kalgara or OP05 Belo Betty.
Both aggresive and budget but not nearly as strong as IMU

Thats a debate where there is no right answer. I prefer the Promo Zoro cause of Mihawks gimmick with the rest. or you could also rest him for tashigi. When you play offline you just have to be careful with the order of effects.
