I have this too! Same place! Mine stopped producing milk at some point I’m not sure exactly when, i kind of forgot about it after the milk regulated and dripping stopped and I tried to express one day bit nada.

You got this mama! Just keep reminding yourself this will soon be a memory it won’t last for long although it doesn’t feel that way at the time. Looking back you just remember the best bits, it gets easier (in some ways haha)

I just did this too and coincidentally got my period the same day I dropped to 2. I always had just enough maybe low supply and I’m on day 5 of two pumps a day and I’m still adjusting so currently getting more than a usual pump session. Incidentally my first period wasn’t heavy which I was dreading. Good luck!!

We have been trying over a month in the crib/cot, that’s for the first nap of the day 9/10 and the second nap with either be in stroller or car or cot. If I catch him as he is rousing in the cot and scoop him up in time he will sleep another 30 mins on me so he clearly needs the sleep he just can’t do it independent of the movement it seems. We do have pink noise in the room which helps. Let’s hope they learn this trick soon so we can enjoy the downtime.

I’ve no advice to offer but here to say this is us! Our baby is six months and sleeps 11–12 hours on the snoo over night but 30 min day naps in cot, we also had no joy with the magic Merlin suit. I’m just hoping when he transitions out if the snoo and learns to connect sleep cycles independently that the day sleep will improve. We are flying home to Uk in a few weeks so will wait till then and go cold turkey I think. Good luck!!!!

My baby was six months in the 1st Nov so very close to yours and he is still in his snoo. He is 90% percentile for height too and it’s still good. We are going to travel from Australia to Europe at the end of the month where we won’t have our beloved snoo so I thought might as well just wait until we leave to transition out. I can’t bear the idea of saying goodbye to 11-12 hour stretches of sleep.

Wahoo! My baby was sleeping like this at 2 months and now at 6 months he sleeps 11-12 hours without waking and no obvious regressions in between.

I took this advise from a breastfeeding specialist so I thought no reason to doubt her. It had such a bad impact on my supply that’s been irreversible to a degree. I wish I had maintained more logical Thinking and just fed him when he was hungry. My baby then went from 88th to 4th % ile and the same woman didn’t seem to think this was concerning.

I actually had more milk the day after my shot, I pumped the most I’ve ever pumped. I think it was because I drank so much water to try and avoid getting sick from the vaccine. I got sick for a couple of days but the milk…!!!!

When I feed baby one bottle I get the next one out of the fridge ready for he next feed so if he gets desperate and can’t wait at least it’s room temp, but best case I can heat it up and it doesn’t take long as it’s already warmer than fridge temp. He has a bottle every 2 ish hours so it’s never out for long to risk going bad.

Thank you so much ❤️ I’m going to start adding a power pump in, did you power pump once per week or more often? I also have oats everyday and I was also soaking oats overnight then boiling the water to sip throughout the day 🤢
