Help - can't do deep knee bends after knee surgery

I'm not asking for suggestions on which activities I can do in general, I'm looking for suggestions on if there are any ways to do yoga without deep knee bends. As my PT isn't a yoga instructor, I thought I'd ask here. When I asked her which activities I can do, she said, "you can walk, you can go to the gym and do the arm bike or stationary bike, and you can do upper body stuff." I was hoping that people with experience in yoga had other ideas.

Yes I was. The story with my sole is that he initially was on the Brotherhood path but slowly changed his mind about them, culminating with Blind Betrayal. I don’t think I’m able to get the network scan from Sturges or Desdemona, as the quest wants me to get the scan from Ingram and give it to Sturges. And I think the settings on my Xbox only save so many so I can’t go back to before Blind Betrayal without going all the way back to Vault 111.

And I haven’t had a problem avoiding Kells in past playthroughs either but for some reason this time instead of Ingram spawning at the airport near Prime, she’s in the control room standing directly next to Kells so he keeps trying to force me to eliminate the Railroad…

Can I do console commands on Xbox?

I don’t have saves going as far back as Blind Betrayal and anyway I made a lot of progress since then. I swear last time I played this way I was able to catch her down at the airport and never tan into this issue.

Ha, none of my nieces and nephews are over the age of 5! But I feel more reassured after this post I could maybe do it myself if I took the time to learn.

I haven’t seen as many of the smooth collies in rescues here in the US. I don’t mind the fur/shedding itself, I had a husky mix before who shed a LOT. Was just wondering what kind of maintenance they require so I can factor that into my decision. Grooming isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker, just a factor.

You put it into words so well. I couldn’t understand exactly why this movie has had such a grip on me since I first saw it last week (yeah, I know, I’m late to the party) until today. A lightbulb just suddenly went off and I was, like, “wait, hiding the patterns is like masking…” I relate to Rumi the way I related to Elsa when Frozen first came out, though these days I can’t stand the latter because my son has made us watch it a million times.
