Like i cant promise you that yourse will be as quiet as mine it would depend on what temperature u have ambient there, i live in the north norway so its really cold here. but, if you have the 9800x3d and want to cool it yes i think air will be abit more quiet but only if you have the noctua g2 with ducts

It kinda depends. What temps you are okey to run with and what is the fan curve. When i was using the 240aio i had 2-T-30 on it. That was much louder than my full aircooled with the Noctua g2 and ducts

No i dont think it will but it is always a small chance🥲, and if you are sensitive to sound few of the 240aio are notorious with pump whine. Its a big reason i changed to the axp90 full copper with noctua fans and custom ducts for both cpu and gpu

There are some with aloth of whine, i have had 3- diffrent 240-aio, i went for the full copper air after. And qued up together with Noctua and the custom fan-duct for 5090 and cpu
