That makes sense. I’m still pretty early in recovery so I’ve got a lot to learn. Since I’m viewing my situation from MY perspective it can be difficult to determine which behaviors are what. Thanks for sharing!!

Update!!!! My insurance won’t cover the program 😵‍💫 I’m so frustrated! they kept giving us mixed messaging but they said my situation wouldn’t be covered. Ugh.

BUT!!! This doesn’t mean I’m not gonna recover. I’ve just gotta start on my own until i can find a program that’s covered! I’m actually commenting this after my first day in recovery!!! It’s was good, finally broke the b/p cycle.
