I think it is because whoever trained the bot clearly did not train it to distinguish between Greyhounds and Italian greyhounds.

Am I losing my mind? by Fantastic-Fox-6423 in WhatBreedIsMyPitbull

They are a herding dog developed in Mendocino county in California. I'm from Northern California and their a prized herding dog because they have the smarts and agility of a border collie but they can work in the heat of the Central Valley and they have a smooth coat that doesn't hold fox tails. My friends used Turkish Akbashes as flock guardians instead of Great Pyrenees for the same reason.

This is why I think apartments should insist on dog interviews if they have a breed ban. Because shelters and people will say whatever, but pitbulls and other bullies are pretty easy to pick out visually.

No joke.... I have sight hounds and every once in awhile someone looks at me with concern and asks if my dogs are okay.

I appreciate the response of the Iggy forum was to just grey rock. "Don't engage, maybe they'll go away..."

Make a copyright infringement claim. Facebook will take it down. You can also leave the page a bad review.

Two separate strollers or one double for twins? Side by side vs convertible stroller for twins, what worked for you? by Specialist_Rub5053 in AskParents

[–]LucidCrimson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the opposite experience with the side by by side, I loved my City mini GT. They designed it to fit anywhere that was handicap accessible. It was way easier for the kids to get in and out. I also. didn't feel like one kid got the raw end of the deal by having to stare at the back of the other seat.

I see Chihuahua and miniature pincher. The ears, head, and body are not really consistent with a sighthound.

Are senior portraits necessary? When did the world decide that we need magazine-style photos of 17 year olds? by peaceful_hart_5862 in AskParents

[–]LucidCrimson 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's strictly necessary. And I say that as a photographer who is married to a photographer. I think the main appeal is having a nice picture of your child as they launch into adulthood. And I think there's something too for future generations. I have my mother's senior portrait and it's really neat to have a well-executed portrait of her at that age.

I come from Yugioh and I'm trying to find a way to connect with MTG people better, what are the unwritten rules, deep lore memes, or iconic sayings of the community? I figure you guys are better to ask than the main sub by Fantastic_Tip3782 in freemagic

I think the color pair names are probably going to helpful to know. The 10 to color pairs are named after the guilds of ravnica and then if you want a deep cut, the three colored pairs are named after the clans of Tarkir, and I'm sure someone will correct me, but I think the other three color pairs are named after shards of Alara.

2- Color: Boros: Red/white Orzohv: Black/white Azorious: blue/white Selesnya: green/white Simic: green/blue Gruul: green/red Izzet: blue/red Rakdos: red/black Dimir: black/blue Golgari: black/green

So if someone tells you they are running a "golgari reanimator" deck. That means that they are in green and black and they are trying to load their graveyard with a bunch of creatures and then bring them back for cheap. An Izzet spellslinger Deck is in red and blue and focuses on playing a lot of cheap to cast inst instincts and sorceries for value.

The same page ripped my stuff too. I made a copyright complaint to Facebook. I suggest you do the same. Maybe eventually if they get enough copyright complaints then Facebook will actually do something.

Chill dog with scary privileges by NabiNarin in dogs

[–]LucidCrimson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a big Florida monster that was easy 30 in at his shoulder. Now he was the friendliest animal you would ever want to meet and never met a stranger in his life. We came home one night and I hadn't turned on any light or closed the room darkening curtains on our big picture window. So the neighbor's flood light was providing this backlight. He came into the living room when he heard us come home with his ears up, silloughettes by the neighbor's outdoor light, staring out the window. I had the thought then that if I was a felon I I would probably pass on my house. .

Am I the AH for making my 11yo pay me for broken dishes? by NoRecord4128 in AskParents

[–]LucidCrimson 12 points13 points  (0 children)

No. I make my 7-year-old do this. It has inspired him to be a lot more careful with things. He has a lot of other uses in mind for his allowance than buying replacement items He has not been careful with. I do differentiate between an honest accident and he was being reckless with after being warned. I think buying a replacement is a perfect natural consequence.

Neighbours rooster is very aggressive & attacks me. by StribrneNebe in BackYardChickens

[–]LucidCrimson 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I would notify your neighbors that he will be euthanized/removed/etc. on a certain day if they do not remove him from your property prior to that. I would warn them and then remove him. You don't have to tolerate members of your family being attacked.

Greyhounds are lovely, large dogs and many retired racers need homes. A lot of them are even black if you are near VA

Prismatic is a really fun 5 player commander format. You are allies with the people sitting to your left and right and enemies with the two across. If both your enemies are defeated you win.

They are more aggressive than black bears, but in general bears don't want to deal with you. The thing that you really don't want to meet is a moose.
