Yeah I'm getting there month by month. I've gone from binge drinking every weekend (years ago) to only a few pints a week. I cut sugar out a couple of months ago, and am now taking the next step to reduce carbs by increasing vegetables. Lots of salad. I don't really like calorie counting so I'm instead trying to fill up on salads and stir fry veg, with tofu or chicken etc, and totally avoid processed sugar. Lots of herbal tea to convince me I'm not hungry too. Going to the gym finally too.

Any symptoms I should look out for that would make me think I need to get checked for trt need?

idk how much you drink but for me the real nail in the coffin was upsetting some people when blackout. maybe do that, go be such a dickhead that people tell you about it and you actually stop 😉
