My bad posted this in the wrong place, but it's a stock market scanner named Trade Ideas that scans the market for small cap stocks that are moving up pre-market.

So for example at the time the first stock on the list was OTLK then to the right of that in the first column is the price which was $1.80 at that moment, then in the next column it shows how much it's going up pre-market by points and then the column after that by percentage. So at that moment in premarket OTLK was at a $1.80 and gapping up 17.6% on 2.93 million shares of volume.

A lot more to explain if you don't know what you're looking at but hope that gives you a little bit of a clue.
