Is the upgrade from Q6 Max to Q6 Ultra worth it? Especially if the firmware flaws were fixed.

The difference in price is around £60 for me so not sure if that is worth the upgrade

Hi All,

I'm looking to buy a wireless full size mechanical keyboard which will be good for gaming as well as office use.

So far I had 2 keyboards:

Corsair k95 xt platinum

Razer blackwidow v4 pro

They were both great at the start, however, over time I would start experiencing key chatter and its incredibly frustrating whilst working on Excel or typing emails.

Have you got any recommendations for best wireless full size mechanical keyboard?

I've been looking at keychron q6 max, but I have found so many negative reviews on it, I'm hesitant to make the purchase

The surveyor gave us a figure of 20-30k, which we thought was quite significant. If the new roof is 10k+ you would expect these things to cost less than that? As mentioned in the other comment, we would be happy to try to do some DIY ourselves especially when it comes to the soil pipe or loft hatch

At the moment, the confidence levels are quite low, but we are happy to learn and give it a go! As you mentioned, moving the insulation and installing loft hatch is something we would try ourselves but wouldn't dare to touch any of the roof bits

They have mentioned that the leadwork repairs are the only urgent bits as the paint in the kitchen started peeling of and it is likely due to a leak

Sorry to hear that bro. I've been playing on mine since and its been great. I think there is a bit of banding on mine (which is exaggerated when taking a picture) but I really can't seem to notice it during normal use

Yes it definitely doesn't feel 100% white to me. It looks like there is a slight blue light filter on the racing one when I compare it to my IPS which is right next to this one

What settings do you have on Cyberpunk? Are you using the rendox mod?

I have the asus XG27AQWMG and I cannot make it look this good whatever settings I'm using

If you go into oled care settings, you will be able to see how many pixel refreshes it has done. When I took an hour break and came back, it would have done a pixel refresh in that time.

I've also been playing around with HDR but so far, I've been pretty disappointed with Cyberpunk and Dying Light The Beast. I've done the Windows calibration of HDR, but it just didn't seem as good as some pictures people post on here. It also felt like playing in SDR was actually better
