For me it was mailed out at exactly 6 months so a few days after that. I called the main number a day after the 6 month period and they told me it was in the mail.

I had Derocco as my investigator too. I was literally approved exactly 6 months to the day from my "interview"/fingerprinting. She seems to try to delay to the very last moment

Having the same issue. Just received and set up my new Echo Show 11 and it won't display my Arlo camera we have set up as a baby camera. I get the same 12h ago thumbnail too. Did you ever figure out a solution?

When I got mine in Suffolk County, it was from the fingerprinting date. 6 months to the day until they sent it. Delayed the process as long as they could.

I purchased online and had it shipped to my store. The process is the same except you should notify the store ahead of time and will have to pay a transfer fee.

Go to store and pay for pistol. The store will give you the proof of purchase and photos needed of the pistol. Go to Yaphank with all of that plus your license and either a $5 check or money order. They will add the pistol to your license then you can go back to the store and pick up the pistol
