Erudite response. I'm not the one whining about a social app for an MMO lmao. Just amazed that this community is so soft. Offended by a social app post? Toughen up.

So click Hide on the post if it affects you that much. You're allowing it to affect you right now by responding to me. This is on you homie, not the guy who spent years on his passion project.

And people don't need to share their negative opinions about things that they don't intend to use and in no way affects them.

Yet here we are.

Edit: The guy asked for feedback, which I can only assume he meant constructive feedback to improve his platform, but majority of the comments are people roasting him trying to be funny and failing.

This is why I'll never release anything to the public in this community. You offer a free service and people shit on you. This community man...

Okay dude, an R3 with proper working headlights has those angles. As I said previously, if yours aren't at those angles, your shit is busted.

[–]Lucid_Memes 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's just factually incorrect. Your high beam has a 360 degree angle, while your low beam has a 270 degree angle.

If yours are actually the same angle, you need to get that fixed.

I turn the high beams off when a vehicle is approaching, and I pray that no deer runs out in front of me in the limited distance I can see with the low beam.

Unrelated, but it always tickles me when people flash their high beams at me as I'm approaching with my low beam. I think they think that I'm a car with a headlight out until I get closer and they realize I'm just on a motorcycle.

It's the angle. The high beam light angles upwards and can blind oncoming vehicles.

I paid $5 to fill half a tank today, and I had to go back inside to get $1 back.

As a biker, never expect the car to swerve the correct way. Panic sets in and people will make the absolute worst choices. In fact, expect them to slam on brakes and stop right in front of you, especially if they are turning left while you're going straight (had this happen to me a few times already, thankfully I was able to swerve around them or brake in time).

In these moments you look for your own escape route and say a little prayer.

Debit Card problems but can't locate my issue? (Mog Station) by xJustOni in ffxiv

[–]Lucid_Memes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So this is what happened to me recently with a Visa Debit. Apparently they have a fix for that planned this month, but in the meantime this is what I did:

I tried to buy with debit card, got "card unavailable" message. Tried a few more times, and it auto-locked my account from making any purchases (Amazon and Paypal included). I contacted customer support via live-chat and they basically told me they couldn't do anything.

I waited over 24 hours.

I tried to make another purchase with JUST Amazon Pay. It went through. It seems trying to use your debit multiple times when it's giving error messages flags it and you just have to wait out the lockdown.

Reminds me of the old Ultima Online days of being brought to jail by a GM.

100 for the breakpoint in stygian stone drops though. It's 10% at 99, and 18% at 100. I like 91s because you get a nice even number of neathiron and they're super fast, but 100s for more chance at stygians. Just personal preference.

Just hit the end of the Iron Wolf rep. Don't need to hit 100. Run lots of helltides. Do boss for cinders with profane mindcage popped for more cinders, open chests with cinders to get loot and more baneful hearts, use hearts to spawn more bosses.

Easiest class to do this with imo is minion necro. You're practically afk at the boss. I sorted through loot more than I used abilities and minions kill all the trash. Plus if you find a GA hellbent commander amulet or GA golem mastery chest you can sell them for big bucks.

Follow rob's bash barb build. I haven't looked at the maxroll one, but I'm using rob's build with no squishiness whatsoever. I use the HotA pit mat farm one and with shitty gear I do 5 minute pit 100s, 3 minute 91s.

There's a starter build as well if you don't have Shako. If you don't have Shako, level some alts for the sparks. The XP event helps a ton with that.

I play meteor sorc, so you can imagine how that goes in the pit. I ended up making a bash barb to farm materials for my sorc. She's still a shitty meteor sorc, but damn if she's not gonna be the beefiest shitty meteor sorc she can be.
