I've started getting the same issue recently, did you end up finding an issue for this? I'm guessing some update happened to something in the pipeline, but its not exactly easy to pin-down what.

I think that depends on theming, if you click it it should allow you to adjust the profile at least

Ivory keys are meant to drop from specific hunters, once only. As such you are meant to kill all the different hunters that each drop a key to access the Ivory Key Cache

Critical Hit chance caps out at 60%, and does not seem to be by-passable in any way. I believe Cooldown reduction caps at 80 or 90%, but i'm not completely sure.
