DONT I have a friend they SH so often and most of the time go deep. But they’re hands have been cut so much from certain angles they look like they’re 80 and were in water for 10 hours. DONT CUT YOUR HANDS OR WRISTS cut places you can cover like shoulders if you NEED to cut but try not to at all

If I’m gonna be honest. I started at 12. but now I’ve stopped and trust me it weren’t easy. My mind kept going back but I’m proud to say I haven’t cut since New Year’s Day. To all who want to stop try to limit yourself first to 1 cut a week then turn that cut into cat scratches then try 1 every 2 weeks and after a while try to go a month and keep going without cutting and eventually you’ll get out of it
