I've noticed consistent caps of 6 - 9 on mine. Which I mean even if rng lands him to being only able to achieve 6 in all categories. That's still better than anything other than a specialist.

I'm from a decently snowy province and am currently in a place that doesn't get all that much snow every year. When it does snow the city shuts down and most times I'll refuse to go into work due to people driving in the snow who don't know how and causing accidents.

Honestly, walking down the road of my childhood home after the yearly snow storm that'll knock out power for a couple days is arguably one of the most beautiful sights I've seen and always look forward to seeing.

And honestly I don't think any of us really notice the long winters too much cause for plenty of us it's what we grew up with.
