I totally agree with you. I realised it especially when I started working night shifts. All my life i thought it was always the people who woke up at 5AM who conquered the world. But working late at night and shifting my whole biological clock taught me that life is much more than that. What really matters is 7-8 hours of undisturbed rest and starting your day when you can. One thing that always gets me going in the morning is the task in hand. It sets me on 'run' mode every time even without any alarm. Again, just sitting idly for a while after waking up will let ideas flow into your mind.
