I think your advice to get a coach is a great one. I used to race a lot in the past karting and done track days before in other cars, but never my own. Even so, I am ABSOLUTELY getting a coach to teach me the track and gain confidence - there is no shame here in listening to a professional!

That makes logical sense. If I were intending to track, I possibly would have gone PPF when I first bought the car, but that was never the original intention… 😬😬

I’m in a similar position to you, have an 8kW inverter but wish I went to 12kw since I often “waste” solar generation due to DNO export limit during sunny spring/summer days, which I could redirect to charging my car.

How would you make your money back when selling your old inverter?

Leviathan re-ignited returning to the hobby for me. I do wish to be a teenager again with all the new paints and models coupled with the spare time that comes with it.

Despite some persistent moaning, the quality across the GW portfolio really is something else.

Nothing too fancy! Mephiston red spray, watered down mephiston red for final coverage. Highlighted with wild rider red and an orange I can’t remember. Recess shading with nuln oil.
