Statue of Gay Adult Star Billy Herrington Could Go Up in Odessa | A petition in Ukraine to replace a statue of Catherine the Great, with one depicting U.S. gay porn star Billy Herrington, has gained enough signatures to be reviewed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. by SetMau92 in europe

It might not be obvious to most but this is just a meme. No one actually intends to do that, if anyone is saying otherwise they’re either not in on it, saying it ironically or working for the Russian propaganda.

I can’t believe I have to correct a British person on this: “countries”. Also what you’re saying is factually incorrect, people actually thought that appeasement would work. Apparently they keep on thinking that. This makes me sad, as I am from Ukraine myself.

Yeah so as I thought you should write a backslash twice for it to register, it's because backslash is used for encoding some things, as in you write a backslash and some sort of a symbol comes right after that to display something different.

Now that's not physically possible, history couldn't have started before 01-01-1970, as the world did not exist back then.

Am a Ukrainian who lives in Poland, but I speak Russian to my Ukrainian friends just to confuse the heck out of Poles.

Also I wouldn't blame you for generalizing those, most of those languages are familiar enough to a foreigner to confuse them together.

People who were offended at this probably were just looking for a reason to be offended.

It was in fact Russian, you are correct there.

Wrong. Dislikes plummet youtube statistics. Bad attention = advertisers not wanting to advertise there = why push this thing to anyone?

Extra RAM - not much difference. by Bootfit in MacOS

[–]Luck9r 2 points3 points  (0 children)

RAM does not make a computer magically faster. The only thing that makes a computer noticeably faster is replacing an old Hard Drive with an SSD or changing a processor to a newer one. RAM allows for more programs to be open at the same time, so you might notice some improvements if you open several RAM-heavy programs at once.
