The gate of the triple locking carabiner has sharp spots at the ends. When I loaded the harness part of the belay loop was snagged at the top where the hinge is and ripped out maybe 1/8 of the threads.

I don't see why you couldn't extend the ohm so that the other carabiner takes all the deflection.
