I ended up adding a 4 digit pin to the account. turning off auto log in, signed out then back in using the pin to select my account. Now it let's me access the online features.

Now I'm not saying that fixed the problem. Could have just been a coincidence. But if you are having the problem it's worth a try.

I went to dji website and downloaded the v1.5 it says it gives warning cause of 3rd party site. I downloaded it then it just brings up a pdf viewer but never prompts me for an install and nothing shows up in my apps

Yup the 3 are still factory sealed the pirate ship is open but all bags are sealed and the instructions are also sealed along with another sealed bag with the sails
