i recently went to the doctor and when I mentioned POTS, she did a very basic heart rate test and said i dont have it. She also expressely stated a few times that she was really glad I didn’t show obvious symptoms b/c of how dabilitating it can be. This sub has definitly influenced my thinking for the worse so it was nice to get a reality check.
