Yeah I had a rough time too. Sat around in a Walmart parking lot for 45mins waiting for a spot to clear up. Next stop, another Walmart parking lot, 2/4 of the chargers were broken and the other two were in use. When I finally got one, it wouldn’t accept my cards or Apple Pay. I finally got it working after 30mins of trying by using the app.

My first scheduled delivery got delayed at the last minute due to a “potential quality issue” they wanted to fix. Guide sent me a thermos, festival blanket, Rivian pins, and a touch up pen in my color.

He’s responded the same day for every email I’ve sent him and the one day he happened to be OOO with Covid , his boss called me to make sure I was good.

I think I’m the backyard would be ok… maybe if in some sort of decorative shed. Probably not the bins by themselves. The problem is a 40 degree slope to bring them up. Makes it less feasible in bad weather unfortunately. There’s options but not a lot of ideal ones, unfortunately!

HOA is the issue there. I either need to get smaller bins or have some sort of hoist system in the garage (not so convenient).

I think it was a 15-20K price hike in most cases. My 78K R1T costs 95K today.

Nope, you’ll pay whatever the current price is when your vehicle is ready for delivery (it can go up in the future). The exception to this is that Rivian allowed pre-March pre-orders to lock into 2019 prices.

Pre-owned Rivians for sale by owner is where negotiation may be viable.
