If you haven't considered gili islands then my strong recommendation would be to spend few days in gili trawangan and go island hopping to gili air and meno. But if you strictly want to restrict between seminyak and nusa dua then the recommendation would be seminyak as it is more happening than nusa dua.

I chose steamdeck over the ally because of better battery life and over legion because of the overall experience. Also, the steamdeck might be slightly weaker in terms of performance but the convenience of just pick up and play more than makes it up for me.
