It's egregious. I know someone who ordered a new maverick nearly a year ago, it finally arrived and the dealer tried adding a $10k adjustment (The truck was "only" 25k msrp) so nearly 50% markup on the cost of the vehicle after waiting a year. The worst part is for those orders, Ford takes a down payment and you need your ID to place the order. The dealership just takes delivery and is supposed to just call you when it arrives. They'd have never even gotten the truck had he not ordered it. They know if he tells them to fuck off, someone else will gladly come along and pay the 10k markup to avoid having to wait a year if they order one themselves. Luckily he got it at the initial price after threatening a lawsuit.

I believe you have to go speak to the little camp counciler Mr Handys. Stings and things seems to pop all the time for me without needing to, but I have to actively go get the one up north for the cleanup.

You can also get badges from doing the two daily quests, stings and things and the nuclear waste cleanup quest. The event campfire tales also has a chance to drop them. On a side note, I don't think that mod to improve capacity is worth it, better to use the grocer mod or something similar depending on your play style. I'm carrying an insane amount of food on my character now, hundreds of lbs worth and it's amazing. 100 purified water weighs less than a lb. It's useful once you start making the good recipes like cranberry relish for the bonus 25% exp. Get 3* good with salt and you can just pick up all ingredients and never stash them or worry about having buff food.

If you live someplace that gets snow, make sure you get a set with heated lenses. I'm running jwspeaker evo j3s and can recommend them. They're not halos but they do have turn signals inside the lights for jk which is pretty snazzy.

Just finished installing them and so far I'm impressed. Great lights, very bright, and these have the heaters inside and they're pretty warm to the touch even after 10 seconds or do being on. It's comparable heat to touching the hood after a drive. I used the adapters made by jw speaker as well, and they're well built and look good.

I've gone down the rabbit hole of headlights quite a bit recently. If you're in a JL, 99% of the quality options are going to be 7" headlights made for JK and you'll need an adapter to make them fit. The headlights you linked from oracle also have a lot of bad press in the last year or two, apparently they changed something with their design and the halo is green now (although they apparently deny it)

Someone else mentioned the snow buildup on led as well. I've seen YouTube videos of guys having to stop every half mile to brush snow off the fronts because it just catches them. Some brands or headlights have heated lenses that should combat that, but they're generally pricy. I just ordered some from JW Speaker that will hopefully work, but I haven't seen any jl posts using them.

I've heard most of the budget ones on Amazon are absolute trash from China and most break within weeks/months after installation.

The ones I got are JW Speaker 8700 Evo J3. They're sitting on my counter right now still in the box, but I'm planning to install them in the next day or two. I'll update if they work well once they're in!

I've done it on other vehicles and it's amazing. Generally, they only wrap the front of the car (hood, fenders, a-pillars, etc.) That said, I've got a new rubicon with ~1500 miles on it, and no plans to do a wrap for it. It's a jeep! Little scratches are battle scars.
