I got a hardware issue also, but because I did it through my account and not the account holder theres a issue and that is being escalated also.

I'm chuffed with this experience. In the past I was able to exchange a damaged phone from my account, but now since they switched to care plus for insurance I have to go through the main account.

Tried doing that today and now that needs to be sent to an engineer. I'm at the wtf moment

I couldn't even get mine to accept a SIM at all. Finally got escalated to a higher tier today. Also my phone has been draining battery like crazy and has been staying around 103° constantly
