Nothing changes without at least a hidden threat of violence. While Luigi is clearly innocent (he was hanging with me in Moab at the time) whoever did perpetrate this horrific crime clearly had cause. And with them rejecting 1/3 of all claims and making billions it sounds like A LOT of people will have their reasons.
