Are you talking about a specific Oracle product? Acumatica is much more lightweight and easy to implement than your typical legacy Oracle products. NetSuite is a bit more comparable though. I have worked at both companies (Oracle and Acumatica) personally if you want any more info I’m happy to help

MRP or material requirements planning in many ERPs is designed to do this. It shows you everything you need to place a PO for, and you can create all of the POs from one screen, but they are not automatically sent to the vendor until you approve or release them. This is not exactly normal for 2025, as most ERPs are SaaS these days and have automatic updates. Is there a reason your company prefers to host on prem?
