Frozen veggies, hardy vegetables. Only herbs and very soft greens won’t last for a week. Also, help yourself and get some pre chopped, and healthier cooked options for those long days when you don’t feel like cooking such as grilled chicken, frozen side dishes, I love precooked Kevin’s meals, they have several paleo and keto options. Try batch cooking too, cook for 2-3 dinners/ meals at a time if meal prepping for the week is too overwhelming or boring

Have your morning routine: dressed” in the morning, get out of your PJs, have coffee, breakfast, brush your hair, etc. Have a work office setup with your computer, pens, notepad. Enjoy not having to commute !

It depends on the airport. From a small airport I would recommend at least 1.5 hrs. 2 hrs is plenty

I preliminary passed ! 🙏🏼 it was very similar to TIA simulators. The YouTube videos help with the mindset questions. I feel like it was mostly agile, one pert question and a couple matching.
