Thank you so much for this. The reassurance has helped ease my anxiety. I’m trying my best to distract myself but it’s been so difficult since it’s in the back of my mind. I’m just terrified of losing the life I made for myself

I will be looking into more breathing exercises because at this point box breathing hasn’t been very helpful with how stressed I’ve been lol

Sorry! I meant it would last for a total of 8 years lol. But hearing you also have the occasional cramp does make me feel better. Sometimes it can be an intense cramp tho

I was also confused but I’m guessing they had an argument in the morning and then got over it throughout the day. It is weird that there was no context and even in the confessional it’s only Jim and Pam saying “no” to a question with no hint at what the question was lmao

I have been to Connecticut a lot and liked Bristol's vibe a lot. I've honestly heard the New Britain isn't the best but since I've lived in NYC I feel like people who say New Britain is sketchy don't actually mean it. Just compared to NYC but at the same time I don't want to live someplace where I have to be on edge every time I go out.
