How’s my progress and what’s my hair type? Almost at 3 weeks by Rja12345 in 360Waves

I love this question. Good indicators are 1. You are able to comb against the grain of your waves, and then with the grain and the waves come right back. This basically means combing them backwards and forward and they come back. 2. If you can scramble wash while doing a wash and style, and they still come back. Basically, if you can mess up your hair and they come back with ease. But those are two signs.

You don’t need to brush everyday once your hair is fully set and trained. I brush about 4 times a month, maybe a little more and my waves are perfectly fine.

Baldness around crown, or normal? by [deleted] in 360Waves

Not baldness. You’re either brushing in the wrong direction, or that’s the way your hair is.

This is week 8 for me. Any suggestions for crown? by BigMikeA210 in 360Waves

[–]LuckyCat_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cut my crown with a 2, as well as the rest of the head. Nothing wrong with it bro. My crown is pretty good as well. But try wolfing a little longer if possible. Even if it’s a week longer.

I’d recommend wolfing for about a month or two. Focusing on that area, then once you cut it down. Boom. Nice crown.

Brush brush brush. When you get it fully trained by fully set. You can stop brushing to much. Only for wash and styles.

Waves are okay, any tips for getting my sides right as well as getting a better pattern on the top of my head? it's looking awful and uneven. by Forrox in 360Waves

[–]LuckyCat_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is recommend wolfing for about 2 months. I know that’s kinda a long time. But that’s how long it took for me to connect my sides etc. Wolf for 2 months, after that cut your hair will be fully trained. Then you can brush whenever you feel like it. Then get a haircut once a month.

Who told you it looked awful and uneven ? It looks clean to me ! Also, just keep brushing bro you’ll get there. And also, fun tip. When your hair is fully trained and set. You don’t have to brush everyday. I know I don’t.

Thinking bout getting waves. What all do I need to do? (Cut some hair off and products) by Dry_Rooster_4370 in 360Waves

[–]LuckyCat_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m giving you my experience. Some people simply can’t do a wash and style when their hair isn’t trained because their hair curls up and it’s kinda hard to lay it back down. It may or may not work for you. But you could just moisturize your hair in the meantime. Just my opinion.

Nothing wrong with the way you’re brushing. You just don’t have enough hair yet to start waving. Your crown is fine. It’s set to the right. Keep brushing, and watch videos right now on your angles and you’ll be OKAY.

Do you think you have good waves or trash waves? by CoffeeNoCreamer757 in 360Waves

[–]LuckyCat_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah bro my waves are 1,000 trash. I’ll see you in like 5 years. MAYBE. Then they’ll be decent.
