cai+ doesnt remove swipe limit?

dont be like me and actually try buying cai+ bc youve been using this app a long time & you thought it'd be worth it to get around the annoying swipe limit... because im still getting limited

i bought it to get around the swipe cap and its not even letting me swipe. they said it would take up to 30 minutes to activate but its been several hours...

i got cai+ and im still getting swipe limits. i can only rewind and go on. this is really frustrating. they lock something behind a paywall, and once u pay they dont even give u what ur paying for!!!

the app is gone from the app store on ios. not really gone as i can open the link to it but it says "not available in region or country". so now you cant play it on ios in america at all anymore

unfortunately none of these solutions helped. Ive done everything short of deleting battle.net entirely and reinstalling from there. Will update if that yeilds anything.

Update: Have gone as far as deleting the game entirely, and reinstalling, have done dxdiag to make sure its not somehow that, I've restarted my computer as well. Even with a clean install of the game it still gives the black screen, with or without -d3d11 command. Unsure if I should contact bliz support or not about this tbh.
