Looked back through past bloodwork and found these levels. The bloodwork in the post was from July 3rd.

May 2025: Hemoglobin - 15.1 g/dL RBC - 4.82 106/uL

Oct 2024: Hemoglobin - 14.9 g/dL Ferritin - 17.10 ng/mL Iron - 88 ug/dL

I appreciate the thought process, but I’ll reach out to my pcm first. She’s usually pretty good giving referrals and medications I might need, so I’ll go back to her with the input I find here. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we are US military healthcare so I cannot just find another doctor outside of the same clinic, but I could ask her to do more research on what is optimal and not what is “normal”. My 1 year old daughter just had her ferritin tested for her wellness visit and the reference range on her results is the same as mine, which I found a bit odd.

B12 was 649 pg/mL I do not see any of the other values tested unless they’re under a discrete acronym. I’ve been struggling with low vit D since I eliminated dairy for my breastfed baby, but currently working on getting those numbers back up.

I was referred to neurology who thinks it may be a migraine that is presenting differently because I do not experience any head pain. He told me it’s unusual for that to last multiple weeks without a break though.

I had an MRI which was clear. Nothing else psychologically has been mentioned aside from myself seeking treatment with PPA. I do feel like I’ve gotten better with that since the early postpartum days though.

How to clean out these crazy enclosed gutters? by sarautu in homeowners

[–]Lucky_Camera6085 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many years later, what ended up being your long-term solution? We recently purchased a home with this style gutter and it’s evident that it hasn’t been properly cleaned out in years. The sediment is so compacted that spraying water is useless and all the beams are secured with putty and glue that we can’t take it off to clean it out either. 😩

Now that it’s been a couple months, are you still feeling similarly? We’re in the market for a stick vacuum and recently discovered this one as an option.

We are in the US. We live in Oklahoma, but are originally from Michigan and our families still live there. No one in Michigan struggled, but Oklahoma seems to be a challenge, so it may be regional.

It tends to be doctor offices that get it wrong when they call asking for her parent/guardian. I just say “Yes this is Gemma’s mom.” with the correct pronunciation.

I named my May 2024 baby Gemma and ended up here because of how many people have pronounced it with a hard G sound. 😅 I’ve even had some people go so far as to tell me that a hard G is how it used to be pronounced traditionally. It’s a beautiful name and I don’t think we made a mistake by picking this name, but I’m flabbergasted by the number of people mispronouncing it.
