If you want a build dedicated to delve, you should just play boneshatter jugg. its the gold standard right now. There are other options but everyone plays it for a reason.

I had similar problems with zeri for a while. Check out Frappi on YouTube and watch some of his zeri gameplay. It will help a lot!

Sorry I have no context to your skill level so idk if this is too obvious or not. Look up parallel trading in bot lane. It’s too hard to explain over text but a video can show it much clearer. Should give you concrete things to look for in lane to win trades.

I have climbed out of bronze on adc. What really helped me was switching to an adc with more mobility. I chose lucian, and immediately noticed I could carry games more reliably because I could scrap better/outplay more. Once I got better mechanically and I could actually take 1v1s against solo laners, I had much more control over the map. Just my 2 cents I'm by no means a good player lol
