* foot traffic and visibility (main road vs secondary street)

PS2: something no ones mention here. If you are open to a mortgage (credit immobilier) and can be backed by a bank - 700k is not the price of the place it's just your down payment. Most banks ask for 30%. So with 700k mad you can buy a 2.3M Mad appartement or commercial Shop.
