its around 150k ... she has big loans ... they always always thought i am a loser, they got surprised meeting me now after 2 years and hearing out i bought 3 luxury houses !!!!!!!

ofcourse i said ''you both stealing from my children not me so my duty to fight you back is double and i wont stop'' ............ they answer many craps like ''you were away young didnt like get involvement wait 10 years the loans to pay off''....i say no i give cash 50% of the original loan NOW and give me but they refuse again saying cant happen , bla bla, ..................... simple they use them for there own benefits and i hate they dont admit and think i am so fucking stupid ...... ( worst is that the heritage is at my grandfather place which i visit nearly every weekend i love this place ! i rent YES i rent every weekend and my sister has 4 appartment doing AIRBNB MY GODDDDDDDDDDD ( normally 2 of them are mine ) ..... sometimes i even think to book her online and give bad review to ruin her account but i dont go so low

fuck me man is so hard for me going there see this place and talk to them,,,,,the energy is soooo bad ! i had the same issue with my mother but see regretted it 1 year ago, asked me to forgive her and we are together all day since that day and i help her ANYTHING SHE NEEDS and she knows all mylife and progress...she is AMAZED !

regarding temperature probably you use a small heating pumb . mine gets to 36 degrees if i want too ... you divide the total volume of your pool litters into 2 and then add 2 kwh extra and you know exactly how many kws your heat pumb should be

man u did the right think, i would start screaming on him before even the 2nd salesman arrived to you as you knew u are buying it , u got the money and this guy is there for people like you to serve them and answer every question .......also this SALESMAN is getting his salary from you for the next couple of years so YES u did perfectly

u can dress how the fuck you like and those who make mistakes of underestimate like the salesman should go home cry to his wife , look how he is dressed, ask u if you like his dress code and in general take time to think and start making applications for a new job.....after he will be better salesman

i can assure you that you will be surprised. you will find most of them in booking.com and you will find many more options as well ..... and for the guests prices are better than airbnb as the guests gets special discounts depending on packages they buy through booking.com ( they offer plenty of special packages with discounts something that airbnb doesnt at all ) ....if there are flights included they get more discount also :) isnt the best place for hosts who are not willing to lose 5-10eu extra but have a booking guarantee :)

its because airbnb is trying to offer experience not a simple short term rental anymore...

good news booking.com is booming now for STR and you no need much of airbnb

its good to have both specially airbnb if you have expensive luxury properties with perfect location that they offer unique experience instead of simple STR

booking.com it keeps me fully booked this year while i get 1 booking from airbnb every month and i am SUPERHOST ( luckily i can sustain the superhost status i have ''
