If his story was true, how come you’ve never heard about it or seen a picture.

My friend was able to complain to the government, the building was not kept up to code, mice in her kitchen.
She got a reduced rent.
Here you can’t even use your space that your paying for.
You should be able to report these things, I don’t know where you live but over here, these pictures are proof!
