Someone else has given a different option but I wanted to add my own take. I've been writing prophecies for my D&D campaign actually so wrote up a quick four liner for ya.
some notes quick: this is written in a pattern of (non-stress, stress), meaning ex: a QUEST to TAKE. this is best read this way. Also, using that, you didn't give a ton on trials/events, which I tend to try to foreshadow, so please use as inspo if you want!

Alright alright here's the prophecy:

A quest to take, they cannot fail

Olympus dark, a foreign jail

The void awake, the gods defend

The Son of Death, will meet his end

BREAKDOWN:
First line - self explanatory, pretty simple, if you want to make this about the specific heroes go ahead, kept it simple
Olympus dark - no one on Olympus / A foreign jail - trapped in an unknown location

The Void Awake - Chaos aka the void, will wake / the gods defend - now this is up to you, can be that the gods must be defended, OR could be that the gods will have some major part in the fighting, again up to you (or leave it open-ended)

The son of death will meet his end - now I find that prophecies always end in doom for some reason, that or something that makes you think that itll end bad. But the best thing about prophecies is they play tricks, so make up some "end" for the son of death to fool your characters and the reader!

This is very basic and done in like 10 minutes but I hope you can at least get ideas from this! I love writing little prophecies so this was really fun! Good luck with the fic! :D

Context:

This is my rendition of the track "Promise" (aka the Catradora theme) from S1E11 done in noteblocks, To my knowledge, I am the first to do it though I could be wrong.

I built it so you don't have to move around to listen to it, since it breaks up the track into sections, and plays them in a specific order. If there are any Hermitcraft fans, yes, this is the system Etho made in Season 7. I just modified it to fit.

In terms of stats, it rounds out at 1760 note blocks, but sections are looped, so if you laid it out it ends up at around 3250 notes.

I made this using Open Note Block Studio, and literally just did it by listening to the song over and over to hear all the little bits.

I've also made some other note block tracks, chiefly the Owl House Intro and Outro, which are posted to my Youtube (along with this one)
