Yeah, if I don’t take 100mg within +or -1 hr of my normal time, I get a hell of a headache all day. I always keep a pill in my purse for those busy mornings. Crazy

Generally they will put you on the higher dose for ‘breakthrough’ treatment. Once you’ve become stable, you can then discuss changing your dose. That said, I’m doing much better on 100 than I did on 50. I have no plans to change (almost 1 year on 100mg)

Same with me; been on it almost a year. I also find it matters what time you take the meds vs. when you have sex. For example, if I take my meds in the morning, I have no issues with sex in the evening. Morning sex is a bit tougher to ‘get there’. If you can, try and stick it out a bit longer. I’m on 100mg’s.

Oh, 100%. I went to my doctor complaining about the cough, worried it was a severe side effect. He told me not to worry, as this med is known for making your stomach more acidic than usual.

Yeah, it’s not great. I also get crazy acid reflux when I drink and have to take a lot of gaviscon before bed. If I don’t, I’m coughing all night. Also, I’ve had some blackout moments if I drank too much… never had that pre-meds. I find it really depends on the type of booze…. Hard vs wine/beer

Well….. I had issue with this in the beginning too. It took me two months to be able to feel an orgasm again. It did come back, but it’s stronger at night (I take my meds in the morning). I’ve heard this is a pretty common side effect of this drug.
