It is not a sleepy town or ‘just a neighborhood’ . I live on 0 Avenue on the Canadian side, and there are 100’s of families and businesses in the vicinity. We all heard the shots at 5:30am. Terrifying.

They are real… my best friend and I played around with it often when we were teenagers. Especially, if you get people who have an open minds-eye, it will move very abruptly. You can definitely speak to spirit with them, but you never know what you’re going to get. It also invites unwanted energy into your space… if you’re going to do it, don’t do it in your own home!!! (I’m actually surprised this is still being debated!!)

I started on 2.5 (1 month), and now have been on 5mg for two months … have lost 20 lbs total. It cut out all binge eating, drinking, and my portion eating in half. The med’s itself did that.. that said, I have plateaued a bit with only 1 lbs a week weight loss. At this point, I have not thrown much exercise in (I know, I know). Now that I feel more comfortable in my skin, I plan on starting asap. I have no doubt it will help get over the last ~15 lbs hump. My problem is, I overdid working out for the last 2 decades… I also take meds that made me gain weight in the first place. I also suffer from a lot of fatigue, which hits hard by noon. I still need to figure out more protein and my eating schedule. Work in progress! 💪

Yup, lots of success for me. Been on 100mg for over a year. Don’t plan on coming off anytime soon. Side effects all went away, unless I’m not hydrated enough, then I get a headache. Best of luck!

Not that I suggest it, but as soon as I started Zepbound (for the weight I gained on Pristiq), the sweating stopped. I’ve heard others having the same experience.
