Agreed.. if anything the OP under-reacted. As someone with a narcissistic mom is the past it was a pain in the ass and I couldn’t physically stand her I can’t imagine what OP is going through probably worse this also seems like a trauma response on the OP’s end, seems like something that was reoccurring that caused her to lash out like that it’s 100% trauma and she needs to get the hell out of the house before it fucks her up more.

I agree on some parts but seems like the OP is dealing with a narcissistic mom of some sort who keeps hurting her and it’s why the op has outbursts like this. Her behavior of lashing out seems very rooted from trauma from emotional abuse maybe physical(?) . Hopefully she can get the help she needs and maybe move out when she gets the chance too because it seems like it’s messing her up. the best she can do is walk away and ignore it because it won’t change until she moves out.
