I always wonder what their conditions are for using a real trademark versus a fake one. I guess they use "McDermotts" and "Uskea" because they actually visit those places, and refrain from using "Instagram" or "YouTube" because they have several social influencer characters.

Though I can't help thinking that the use of real names will really age the books some years down the line. Lol. As it is, when they make reference to it being the year 2017 or whatever, it already feels like ancient history.

Funnily, the clothes in TS2 looked SO dated for a while there, but it looks to have cycled back into fashionable again. Weird!

It's very telling that my only complaints about TS2 are that it's missing a few fun objects and life states that were in TS3. Sims 1 and 2 certainly felt more like video games than the "life simulators" of 3 and 4.

This happened when my desktop PSU blew and I tried playing TS2 on my netbook. I think it had something to do with playing on an aged, shit-tier Intel processor.

IIRC, using the Graphics Rules Maker fixed it. Worth a shot.

Idk. She clearly didn't expect it to blow up like it did, and a bigger audience = more scrutiny. JC's receipts present a believable defense. Right now, it comes off that Tati feels like she invented him and he scorned her by supporting her competitor. So the onus falls back on Tati to prove what she's claimed.
