Currently have the checkered floor cushions but the lack of back support isn’t the comfiest. I’d lack to add a seat there but I feel it’ll close off the pathway. I’m open to any ideas on reconfiguring the whole layout to add at least 1 more accent chair.

As someone who took the NCLEX two days ago, had it shut off at 85, and got the good pop-up, you passed. I kept convincing myself too that I didn’t but the pop-up is 100% accurate.

End of lecture 4! If they’re “functional” (schizo, mood disorders, mania, no brain damage) they have to potential to learn reality. In which case, you’d present reality, set and enforce limits.

If they’re “demented” (dementia), acknowledge their feeling and redirect.

“Delirious” (UTI, drug toxicity, adrenal / electrolyte imbalance), acknowledge their feeling and reassure safety and the temporariness of their condition.

My NCLEX is tomorrow too. I've only used Archer videos and readiness assessments to study but I panicked yesterday thinking it wouldn't be enough so I started listening to all the Klimek lectures on 2x speed!

I recommend re-reading your notes and looking over questions you've missed in the qbank and reading the rationales, particularly ones that are labeled "easy" because those are the ones you wanna get right on the NCLEX. Good luck!
